Step-by-step with photos. Tools, torque values, the wiring connector you'll need, and the two trim variants that change the part number.
The third-generation Citroen Dispatch (chassis code K0) uses one of the easier mirror systems to replace in the Stellantis range. This guide covers complete mirror unit replacement — for glass-only fixes see our stick-on vs clip-on guide.
Tools you'll need
- T20 Torx driver
- Plastic trim tool (a stout shim works)
- Small flathead screwdriver
Removing the door card cover
- Open the door fully and rotate the interior tweeter cover anticlockwise — it pops off with a quarter turn
- Behind it you'll see three T20 screws holding the mirror to the door — back them off in a star pattern
- Lift the mirror outward; the wiring loom comes with it
- Squeeze the white connector clip on the loom and pull it apart
Two trim variants to watch for
Power-fold mirrors use a 10-pin connector. Heated-only mirrors use a 6-pin. The part number prefix is identical until the last digit — confirm by checking the connector pin count before ordering.
Fitting the new unit
Reverse the above. Final tightening of the T20s is hand-tight plus a quarter turn — they thread into a soft alloy bracket and will strip if over-torqued.
